Hello everyone!

Firstly, it warms my heart to see so many people enjoying GRIMOIRE so thank you for downloading the game and taking the time to play it. I especially appreciate those who have provided some funds and/or left reviews - it helps me overcome the doubts that I seem to have throughout a project.

I have spent some time overhauling GRIMOIRE to make it a more cohesive experience with greater player agency. You can read the rules over at my blog here: http://thebardicinquiry.com/2021/06/13/grimoire-development-post-6/. These are an early draft so the organisation may be a little poor as it is aimed at people who are familiar with playing GRIMOIRE. After a grace period to allow time for feedback, I will be implementing these new rules into the book on itch for everyone, though I will leave the old version available for those who might prefer it.

If you find yourself playing the game with the new rules, I would love to hear your thoughts :) .
